We hope that you love what you ordered from AUGUST & JUNE. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items for store credit.
Full-priced items purchased on shopaugustjune.com may be exchanged to AUGUST & JUNE for store credit within five business days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging. All items returned to AUGUST & JUNE must be shipped in their complete original packaging and in unworn, unused condition. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached and protective packaging. A copy of the AUGUST & JUNE receipt must accompany your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. AUGUST & JUNE currently does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exchange Process for Orders:
For our customers, we’ve made exchanging your items super easy for you:
Send an e-mail to email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for exchange.
Once your request is accepted put your jewelry back in a shipping box along with your invoice. Jewelry must be kept in the original packaging.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Once your exchange is approved it must arrive to AUGUST & JUNE within 7 business days. Approved exchanges will be credited for the purchase price of your item, in the form of store credit, less any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship your items.
Once we receive your return package it will be processed and you will receive store credit for the purchase price of your item ASAP.

Please note that AUGUST & JUNE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept exchanges for merchandise purchased anywhere other than shopaugustjune.com. Custom ordered items may not be exchanged and are final sale. This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. Exchange requests on sale merchandise and special and/or custom orders will not be accepted.
AUGUST & JUNE reserves the right to refuse return for store credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in AUGUST & JUNE’s sole discretion.
We will email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information.
