Do charm bracelets come with any charms?
Charm bracelets and charms are sold separately.
How long will it take for my charm bracelet to arrive?
Because it is a custom order, charm bracelets take about 6-8 weeks for delivery. A small sacrifice for the perfect stack.
Can I add, take away, and move around charms myself at home?
Charms cannot be added or changed by customers themselves and must be placed on the charm bracelet by August & June. We ask that customers please provide notes on charm placement before checking out. For inquiries about charm placement and custom engraving please email us at info@shopaugustjune.com. August & June will always reach out to customers once an order is placed to confirm charm bracelet design before production.
Can I add more charms in the future after purchasing my charm bracelet?
Yes! August & June will be adding new charm styles every season and we definitely encourage adding charms to your charm bracelet over time. If you would like to add charms after already purchasing your charm bracelet please email info@shopaugustjune.com to get the process started.
What is the process/cost if I want to purchase and add additional charms after already purchasing my charm bracelet?
If customers would like to add charms after purchasing their charm bracelet August & June will provide complimentary shipping both ways. The only cost to the customer would be the cost of the charms. Please email info@shopaugustjune.com and we will send a complimentary return label and start the design process together with the customer.
If I’d like to add a charm/charms after purchasing my charm bracelet how long would it take?
Turn around time for adding charms to already purchased charm bracelets is about 1-2 weeks. Timing is based on availability of charms, labor, and design.
What is your return policy on charm bracelets and charms?
Charm bracelets and charms are final sale as charm bracelets are considered custom orders.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you love what you ordered from AUGUST & JUNE. But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items for store credit.
Full-priced items purchased on shopaugustjune.com may be exchanged to AUGUST & JUNE for store credit within five business days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging. All items returned to AUGUST & JUNE must be shipped in their complete original packaging and in unworn, unused condition. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached and protective packaging. A copy of the AUGUST & JUNE receipt must accompany your return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. AUGUST & JUNE currently does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exchange Process for Orders:
For our customers, we’ve made exchanging your items super easy for you:
Send an e-mail to info@shopaugustjune.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for exchange.
Once your request is accepted put your jewelry back in a shipping box along with your invoice. Jewelry must be kept in the original packaging.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Once your exchange is approved it must arrive to AUGUST & JUNE within 7 business days. Approved exchanges will be credited for the purchase price of your item, in the form of store credit, less any shipping and insurance charges incurred to ship your items.
Once we receive your return package it will be processed and you will receive store credit for the purchase price of your item ASAP.

We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than shopaugustjune.com. Custom ordered items may not be returned and are final sale. This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise and special and/or custom orders will not be accepted.
AUGUST & JUNE reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in AUGUST & JUNE’s sole discretion.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Please note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry one of the below logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.

Pricing
All AUGUST & JUNE prices are our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. AUGUST & JUNE reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Sales Tax
AUGUST & JUNE charges sales tax for orders shipped in California. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.
Shipping
AUGUST & JUNE ships using UPS and offers complimentary domestic & international standard ground shipping. UPS 2-day shipping is also available for orders within the United States, at an additional charge, at the customer's discretion. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For international orders, import duties and VAT are the customer's responsibility.
Processing Time
Orders that are in stock typically ship within 3-5 business days.
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On the rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Because our items are crafted with love, in the event that your item is out of stock, please allow 3-8 weeks for your item to be re-stocked. Additionally, please allow 3-8 weeks for all custom orders to be fulfilled.
Typographical Errors
We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However in the event an item is shown with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed by receipt and your credit card charged. Please note that in order that you can view items in greater detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Color and size of items may appear differently since every computer monitor is set differently. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item that has been sold or is no longer available.
